This is an "undercover" Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Agent (BATF) and he is hooded
to hide his face, carries an H&K MP5 submachine carbine,
and looks like he can't even see or breathe straight with his
Nomex mask.
I would never trust a guy like this. At least
he is smart enough to wear his badge prominently.
Some may say that one would fire at a person like this.
I would question someone like this, and possibly fire on them.
If they showed real law enforcement ID, I would not fire. If
they hesitated, I would fire.
